The Senner farm in Riscone is a place with history and with roots. Generations of hard-working farmers, craftsmen and committed hosts lived and worked here before us. And also one or two pioneers of their time. It had the first tractor in the village - a red Porsche - and also one of the first private cars. As with many other hereditary farms in South Tyrol, the Senner family began welcoming guests early on, alongside their farming activities, and served them their own products.
We are the SENNER!
Today, everything we do revolves around the sustainable cultivation of heritage apple varieties, potatoes, vegetables and herbs. And around taking this closeness to nature and attitude to life into the holiday apartments. And so it can easily happen that you come across a happily clucking flock of chickens roaming the farm. And of course, we are here too – Karin and Florian with our children Ida, Laurin and Toni.
