Sometimes it’s the small things that make all the difference. We are committed to protecting our environment. During our renovation process, we used natural materials and wood from our forests, reused old materials, and paid attention to short supply chains. In farming, we focus on ecological methods, use environmentally friendly cleaning products and raise our guests' awareness of sustainability issues.

Deliciousness from the farm

We have specialised in the cultivation of heritage apple varieties. There are also various old pear trees in the meadow orchard surrounding the building. In our fields we grow potatoes and vegetables, the farm's own herb garden smells of Mediterranean culinary herbs in the summer months, and our hard-working chickens reliably provide fresh eggs. No doubt - taking a look at our seasonal products corner is worth it!

We rely on the power of the sun not only to grow our fruit and vegetables, but also to generate our own electricity. The solar panels on our roof not only reliably provide hot water and energy independence, but also make a valuable contribution to the future – in terms of sustainable, resource-saving energy generation. For an additional charge our guests can use the hotel's own charging station for electric vehicles.
