Senner holiday apartments

Culture, shopping and cuisine. There is always something going on in the holiday region Plan de Corones, also off the slopes and hiking trails. A handful of ideas.

Plan de Corones is synonymous for movement, fresh air and mountain adventures. But that is only one aspect of this gentle giant. At the summit plateau, in the villages at its foot and in the beautiful old town of Brunico, culture and culinary delights await, along with charming cafés and small boutiques. Museums and restaurants offering sustainable, local cuisine.

City of Brunico

Brunico is always worth a visit! This charming little town is the largest in Val Pusteria and thus also the melting pot of the local culture and culinary scene. In the picturesque old town at the foot of Brunico Castle, small shops and boutiques line up alongside cosy cafés and restaurants. Brunico is a 20-minute walk from the SENNER – or you can take the convenient Citybus, which runs every half hour between Riscone and Brunico during the day.

Museums

If you are interested in rural traditions, history and culture of Val Pusteria, you will find what you are looking for in the numerous museums in the Dolomites region Plan de Corones! The MMM Ripa at Brunico Castle is dedicated to the heritage of the mountains and mountain peoples. At MMM Corones on Plan de Corones, Alpine history is told in the futuristic museum building designed by star architect Zaha Hadid. The interactive LUMEN Museum of Mountain Photography is also located on the summit of Plan de Corones. At the Ethnological museum in Teodone near Brunico, one of Europe's most beautiful open-air museums, you can visit old South Tyrolean farms and immerse yourself in the life of years gone by.

Three new holiday apartments.
