  • Our prices are per night and apartment for 4 persons. 
    Per additional person: €40/night
    Children up to 13,99 years of age: €25/night.
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights
  • Local tax: €2.50/night (from 14 years)
     

  • Your booking is only considered confirmed after receipt of the deposit and a subsequent written confirmation from us.
  • The deposit is 30% of the total amount due. We kindly request payment by bank transfer.

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the booking price

  • Arrival from 14:00 hrs - Departure by 10:00 hrs
  • We kindly request payment of the remaining balance no later than the day of departure.
  • Dogs and other pets are not permitted in our apartments.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments and any communal areas.
  • Our apartments are not wheelchair accessible.
  • We value proper waste separation and ask our guests for their active cooperation. The marked collection containers are located right next to the staircase leading to the holiday apartments.
  • Fill up with tap water instead of buying plastic bottles! The water quality in Riscone is excellent, and there are public drinking fountains along the hiking trails and in every village.
  • Damage and/or loss of furnishings and accessories must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced retrospectively.

The SENNER holiday apartments are situated in the immediate vicinity of the lifts and cable cars of the skiing and hiking mountain Plan de Corones. The village centre of Riscone with shops and restaurants is nearby, and the beautiful old town of Brunico with numerous shopping opportunities, cafés, bars and restaurants is only a few minutes' drive away.
